Shipping policy
Orders are fulfilled from one of our 8 retail locations or our distribution center in Montebello, California. Processing time is 1-3 business days and transit times vary from 1-5 business days depending on your distance from Los Angeles. Orders within California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington have a 1-2 day transit time. If your item requires any customization please allow an additional 2-3 days for personalization. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is labeled for shipment. Orders for team uniforms or team apparel have different processing times depending on the specific item. Niky’s Sports is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered to the address provided. If the shipment tracking status shows “Delivered” and you are unable to locate the shipment, Niky’s Sports is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these circumstances. It is your responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package to the shipping address you listed in your order.
However, please still contact us for assistance if you placed your order for delivery and the delivery is past the estimated delivery date.
Packages are insured if they are lost in transit but if the carrier shows the item was delivered the the address provided there is no coverage available. We cannot offer refunds, returns or replacements for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Orders placed for larger items are subject to additional shipping fee's. You will be contacted if there are additional shipping charges to collect, your order will not ship until that is collected. Bulk orders for shoes, balls and bulkier shipments may also be subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you if there are additional charges.
